You're Invited


Bring a friend and join us in February for our annual Women's Conference, Deeply Rooted! We kick off on Friday night with dinner, fellowship and learning. On Saturday we meet back up for a day of worship, prayer time, learning and plenty of opportunities to connect with other women! Cost to attend is $65, which includes meals and a t-shirt.

A few years ago, our Women's Ministry took inspiration from Jeremiah 17:8 and decided to build a conference that helps women grow in their faith and build a deeper trust in God. Like the passage says, those who trust in God can withstand the harshest conditions and continue to thrive. At Deeply Rooted, we strive to grow a community of trust, a learning environment, a time of authentic worship, and a sense of the greatness of God. 


"He will be like a tree planted by water: it sends its roots out toward a stream, it doesn't fear when heat comes, and its foliage remains green. It will not worry in a year of drought or cease producing fruit." - Jeremiah 17:8

  • Online registration is open and can be found using the above "register button." Your $65 registration fee is due at the time of registration. Also, we encourage you to invite friends, family and neighbors - but we ask that you provide them the link so they may register themselves!   • Dress Attire: whatever is most comfortable (jeans, running shoes, etc.). During the first night, you will receive your t-shirt; although not required, a lot of women wear this on the second day! 


    What To Bring: we furnish a small pamphlet for note-taking, but you may also choose to bring your own notebook and pen. Bring your bible if you would like, however, we have plenty to use at the church.


    Registration Deadline: Jan 31 is the deadline to register. After this date, you will not be issued a refund due to costs that we have already incurred.


    Can My Friend and I Be Placed Together in Break-outs? YES! If you invited someone to attend and would like to be together in activities and sessions, please specify this during registration!


    Is There Childcare? No, we will not have childcare available.


    Parking: We have plenty of parking at Briarwood! We will mostly be utilizing The Lodge and Worship Center, so you may want to park in front of those buildings.
